Today I am only going to do a short blog post because last weeks was really long!
I thought it would be helpful to talk about how to enjoy life , because I think its so important to live life to the full.
A couple of years back I got bullied pretty bad , not just by one person , a whole gang of them. It was such a tough experience to go threw , (I am not going to go into detail because I don't think that is necessary) and now I have come through to the other side I've had to deal with the things that latch onto you ,like worry about everything , worrying what people might think of you , worrying all the time about numerous things. This was such a struggle for me , I needed the confidence back to make new friends and to do the things I want to do . It was quite a while until I realised it was taking over my life. ( by this I mean anxiety , this hasn't just been caused by the bullying there was multiple things that went on in my life. ) I decided to go and see my gp about it and they recommended going to talk to a professional so I did. Its really helped. (again I am not going into detail because I am thinking of doing a blog post about anxiety ?)
In 2015 my motto is to not care what other people think of you and go for it ! life's to short to worry about every little thing possible ! I think that's the most important thing to do , if you want to buy that amazing dress but you cant stop thinking want will people say , will they laugh e.g. JUST GO FOR IT !
I really hope this blog post makes sense (hehe) and even if it just helps one person that would be great!
